There’s no equal in Patek’s line-up in terms of complication, movement and case (5236 is similar but at a much higher price point). Perhaps rarer as well. I do LOVE the 5205 as well. The lugs are brilliant and the dial easier on the eyes that of the 5235. Movement much more pedestrian without any of the Advanced Research tech of the 5235. Patek has made quartz watches for men in the Aquanaut, Calatrava, Golden Ellipse and of course the famous Beta 21. Of course, Patek makes quite a few women's quartz watches today including the Aquanaut, Nautilus, Calatrava, and the Twenty~4. The Aquanaut photo OP posted looks genuine to me.

It keep amazing time (+1 second per day!) and looks great on the wrist. However, I've noticed that I hear the rotor quite a bit when my wrist moves. Obviously that's the winding mechanism in action .
