Great freshie that is way different than the others. The difference between Y Le Parfum vs the other Y’s is like Sauvage Elixir vs the other Sauvages. Y Le Parfum is fresh/clean, yet not exactly blue.
The dry down of Y EDP was dreadful. And I mean DREADFUL. It was literally a run of the mill blue dry down that you would expect from an avergae "cool" or "sport" celebrity fragrance. Not a brand with the status of Yves Saint Laurent. Thankfully Y Live fixes that and the dry down smells sweeter and slightly greener thanks to the ginger and cade.
Y EDP is a strong fragrance, and your mind will get used to the smell. If I want a frag to stand out more, I spray two sprays on the spot instead of one. But bear in mind, with Y EDP, you'll be obnoxiously smelly (in a good way) in confined spaces.

In Y EDP they went with green apple which honestly comes off way too sweet and juvenile with the edge that the juniper provides.Fragantica has almost every fragrance in it and all the info about it that you could possibly use. I actually gotten more compliment wearing EdT over EdP, I think EdT project better and is more citriousy and more noticeable. EdP sit closer to my skin but last "slightly" longer.
